Kate Thompson has joined us as Non-Executive Director

The biggest HeyFlow news to date: Kate Thompson has joined us as Non-Executive Director!

Good things happen when you say yes to opportunities and put yourself out there.

We’ve said yes to speaker opportunities, yes to networking events, and these yeses have led us to meeting Kate, an incredible NED who shares our belief in the role HeyFlow will play in creating reproductive health inclusion in businesses on a global scale.

We didn’t hesitate to say yes to working together.

Kate is an applied behavioural scientist and the exited co-founder of Businessfourzero, a global purpose-driven change organisation.

She works as a NED, Trustee, and Board Advisor across a portfolio of organisations, all of which centralise on Kate's passion for tackling gender inequality, closing the happiness gap, and unlocking innovation for good. Her work spans UN Women CSW, Tech She Can, Everywoman, Deep Science Ventures, WONE, and Smartphone Free Childhood.

"The UK won't realise it's economic and social potential until every single woman realises theirs. But with Gender Pay Gap spikes directly correlating with key female* reproductive health moments (1), HeyFlow's mission has never been more critical. I couldn't be more thrilled to join this pioneering team on their journey to scaled impact."

HeyFlow 2.0 is readying for lift-off. We’ve been working tirelessly, learning and listening to understand how we can best move HeyFlow into a global SaaS offering that will unlock female* employee reproductive health insights and drive support and learning solutions to help more women stay in the workforce and close the gender pay gap.

Kate’s deep understanding of global enterprises, employee diagnostics, culture change, and transformation will play a huge role in achieving that ambition.

All eyes are on the next piece of huge incoming news in the coming weeks.

Thank you for following our journey!

Team HeyFlow

About HeyFlow:

Ending disadvantage for women in the workplace.

31% of women experience severe reproductive health symptoms every year. If not supported properly they can have a massive impact in the workplace and become a hidden burden leading to a lack of inclusion, increased absenteeism, and reduced retention.

Through insight, learning and action for female* reproductive health inclusion in the workplace, HeyFlow empowers businesses to create change and build a truly inclusive company by breaking the taboo from menstruation to menopause.

*We actually mean people with internal reproductive health organs, it’s just not as catchy. You can read our full inclusion statement here
