Co-Founder
Sophie is the award-winning co-founder and CEO of HeyFlow. Passionate about dismantling the critical barriers that impact women's careers. Sophie leads sales and strategic partnerships, working closely with organisational leaders to address complex, business-critical challenges in the female talent lifecycle through HeyFlow's SaaS platform.
Sabrina Walls (she/her)
Co-Founder
Sabrina plays an instrumental role in the development of the HeyFlow product, brand, and proposition as well as campaigns and collaborations to raise awareness and create conversations with employers who want to better understand reproductive health inclusion in the workplace.
Kate Thompson (she / her)
Non-Executive Director
A seasoned C-suite leader, entrepreneur, board-level management consultant and applied behavioural scientist. With over 20 years experience in strategy, innovation, change and commercial leadership, Kate serves as a NED, Trustee & Board Advisor for a portfolio of organisations that share her passion for tackling gender inequality, closing the happiness gap and unlocking innovation for good. Her behavioural science academic work sees her research, publish and keynote as an expert on the science of happiness.
Geoff Wells (he / him)
Board Director and Investor
Geoff is a co-founder and director of Aer Venture Studios, venture partners with HeyFlow, and director of creative technology firm Aer Studios. With over 30 years experience in business and product strategy, Geoff is a passionate and pragmatic commercial advisor and mentor who works with businesses to develop and implement effective commercial strategies, growth and scaling plans. Geoff’s experience spans Technology, Digital, Broadcast, NFP, Gov and Professional Services, including brands and organisations such as BBC, CNN, UK GOV, CEPI, RUSI, Diabetes UK, Dogs Trust, Historic Royal Palaces (and many others!)
James Hobbs (he / him)
Interim Head of Technology
James is an industry recognised technology leader, with extensive experience building scalable digital products and platforms, across a diverse range of technology areas including web, e-commerce, IoT and more. James is Head of Technology at Aer Studios, the creative technology arm of Aer Venture Studios. He is a BIMA100, and is active on industry tech advisory boards including serving as a Community Sustainability Team member for global tech firm Umbraco.
