Founded
HeyFlow is founded following investment from ADLIB Recruitment, to help organisations improve their female talent lifecycle by linking the, often unknown, deep interconnection of female reproductive health and women’s workplace opportunity.
Launch of Insight and Learning
HeyFlow launches its world-first employee insight surveys and learning programmes to help organisations evolve their female inclusion efforts. Initially focused on SMEs, it quickly became clear that the corporate world had an even greater need for HeyFlow's solutions.
Journey towards investment
Recognising the need for a proprietary platform, enhanced features, and expert validation to support more organisations, HeyFlow embarks on the journey to secure investment.
Pre-seed investment secured
HeyFlow secures pre-seed investment from Aer Venture Studios to develop our proprietary platform, expanding our reach, enhancing product features, and amplifying our impact.
Proprietary product launch
HeyFlow launches its proprietary platform to empower forward-thinking organisations in transforming and enhancing their female talent lifecycle.

Sophie Creese & Sabrina Walls are the leaders behind HeyFlow.
With years of experience in the talent space and as co-founders of the not-for-profit community, MotherBoard, supporting mums working in tech, they have witnessed firsthand how female reproductive health impacts women's careers.
Now, they are on a mission to help organisations understand this is not just a women’s issue but a business imperative.
