It was recently reported that 1 in 3 male managers feel like there is too much of a focus on gender equity. Yet in 2023, the gender pay gap for full-time work widened to 7.7% in the UK. That’s why we must engage everyone in the conversation for women’s equality.

In November 2023, HeyFlow launched a male allyship survey with digital & tech member association and community BIMA to find out how knowledgeable and comfortable male leaders in digital are about reproductive health, which is creating barriers for women in the workplace.

After collecting data from over 110 leading organisations, we are pleased to see that 56% of male leaders in digital would like to take a more proactive role in their company to support women better.

But often, they don’t know where to start.
