HeyFlow Agency Sessions are back!
The truth is many agency leaders don't feel equipped to support employees through key reproductive moments that impact and sometimes end their careers.
In a recent survey we completed with over 100 male agency leaders in collaboration with BIMA we found:
74% don't feel equipped to support a menopausal employee.
35% don't feel equipped to support a pregnancy announcement.
37% don't feel equipped to support a return to work after maternity.
51% don't feel equipped to support an employee going through child loss.
After a successful launch, HeyFlow sessions are back in September to provide agency leaders with the foundations & practical understanding of the impact of reproductive health in the workplace and how to better support it.

What are HeyFlow Agency Sessions?
Designed to equip agency leaders with the tools and foundations they need, agency sessions are an accessible entry point to understand the impact of female* reproductive health in the workplace.
And most importantly, how to support workforces more effectively.
The sessions are run online for 2.5 hours in small groups to balance a blend of practical workshop elements and space for leaders to ask about specific business scenarios they may be facing.
Who are HeyFlow Agency Sessions for?
Though the content will be accessible for all levels, these sessions are designed for senior leaders and agency owners to give them access to a safe supportive space to ask questions free of judgement.
We encourage all genders to take part. Too often support for female* reproductive health falls on those with first-hand lived experience. If we want to achieve true equity then it’s a collective effort, men included.
How much do HeyFlow Agency Sessions cost?
HeyFlow Agency Sessions cost £350 + VAT per person. The next session is on the 17th of September, 2024 12:30-3:00 PM.
