Digital Leaders Workshop 2026

The Impact of AI on the Female Talent Lifecyle in the Public Sector.

A PSR event in collaboration with HeyFlow, Code First Girls and AMS, endorsed by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.

AI is transforming the UK public sector, but adoption isn’t happening evenly. Emerging trends show women are less likely to use AI tools, raising important questions around confidence, access and support. Left unaddressed, this gap risks widening inequalities in skills, progression and representation.

As organisations look to embed AI capability, the focus is shifting from access to meaningful, confident use. That’s why PSR are bringing together expert voices for their second session in their 2026 Digital Leaders Workshop series.

Hear from keynote speaker Rakhi Sachdeva, alongside a panel (feat HeyFlow Co-Founder Sophie Creese) spanning workforce strategy, AI skills and talent development, sharing practical perspectives on driving inclusive adoption.

This session looks at how to build AI strategies that work for everyone in the organisation.

This event is open to the Public Sector.
