Our Approach
We created an all-employee survey that collated experience, understanding and sentiment across the full reproduction cycle, parenthood and company policies and ran a half-day workshop to reveal key findings from the report and help break taboos to help Enviral create a more open & supportive workplace for all.
Outcomes
The survey identified key areas for policy enhancement and improvement areas ahead of the onboarding of a new People lead to implement change.
The workshop fostered a more open conversation and generated eight employee-raised initiatives for consideration by management.
