Creating more consistent support for women in tech

INSIGHT & CONSULTANCY

SIZE: 13,000 GLOBAL EMPLOYEES
(650 UK EMPLOYEES)

Following the formation of an internal women’s network, it was established that the business was experiencing significant gaps in consistency when supporting women in the workplace, primarily relating to unavoidable impacts of female reproductive health.

Our Approach

Our response was to design and deliver insight, gathered from all UK employees, relating to their experience, knowledge and feelings as an employee and / or manager.

This insight directly links to how we educate and build confidence at management and leadership levels to support women with the objective of increasing retention and reducing the gender pay gap.

“Working with Sophie and Nick at HeyFlow has been a pleasure. As soon as we agreed we wanted to know more about our employee’s attitudes towards reproductive health in the workplace, confidence levels on discussing the topic and manager confidence to support their teams, Sophie and Nick were there with us along the journey and always very responsive. HeyFlow’s survey was comprehensive and the team were flexible to make amendments to suit our requirements. The data analysis and recommendations were thorough, and we have already made changes in our workplace from the output. I’m looking forward to working more with HeyFlow as we continue our journey.”

Outcomes

The identified pain points, knowledge and comfort gaps revealed a desire for more training around the topic of reproductive health and have formed the basis for further development opportunities internally.
